MARINE

This section describes essential, healthy oils and fats, which can be derived from animal and plant-based sources.
We prefer pure healthy oils! You can find them in butter, fish, krill, algae, avocados or olives.

We want to avoid most of the seed oils: Soy, Corn, Safflower, Sunflower, Cottonseed or Rapeseed (Canola).

As always, the right ratio is crucial. Count ingredients, not calories!
